Mindy Hill holds her 500CYT in Hatha Yoga from Sundari Yoga and is certified in Vinyassa yoga and Kids Yoga. In addition, she is certified in Spin and has taken body pump cert with Les Mills. Reiki 1 and 2 Certified
Since 2007, she has been teaching weekly yoga classes and running workshops for non-profit organizations and the public school system. Mindy’s classes are somewhat challenging always rewarding and sprinkled with fun .
She has studied with internationally‐known teachers including K. Pattabhi Jois, Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, Ana Forrest and Bobbie Fultz. Sharon Gannon. Rodney Yee and has taken workshops , which include Yoga for depression, Yoga for Grief, women’s empowerment, kids yoga, yoga for arthritis and osteoporosis and meditation.
She will be holding weekly workshops for grief , using specific postures and breathing techniques to relieve the physical and emotional effects of grief.
Healthy lifestyle , eating a balanced diet and exercising on a daily basis is key to a full life along with never taking yourself or life too serious.
Mindy is attracted to the whole body mind connection that yoga has to offer. It is through taking care of our whole self that we can become whole.
