Come to this Restorative Yoga workshop to experience that opportunity to rest in awareness as you practice patience and surrender to the moment.
We all need that opportunity to be quiet, to relax and restore and be in a place of just being at home in the moment without the self-judgement.
This will be a 2 hour escape from trying to maintain control of our busy lives while coming out of our head and into our body.
Previous experience with yoga is not necessary for this class.
