Heather Solimini
Heather Solimini, ERYT-200, was certified by the Always-At-Aum Yoga School as an RYT-200 in vinyasa yoga in November 2010. She’s trained under Sadie Nardini, Shiva Rea, Matthew Sanford, and Seane Corn, and is presently studying the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali at the Himalayan Institute with Pandit Rajmani Tigunait Ph.D. An enduring interest inrestorative yoga led her to augment class offerings – to great success -- with both a rejuvenating combination of vinyasa and restorative, and sessions dedicated solely to deep relaxation through restorative yoga, having received additional training in restorative yoga with Nadya Matychak. Heather regularly teaches an assortment of vinyasa, restorative, and chair yoga classes, as well as workshops on a variety of topics throughout Scranton and Wilkes-Barre, surpassing over 1000 hours of teaching in early 2014 to gain the designation of Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She is greatly inspired by the opportunity to introduce students to and increase her expertise with the subtle influence and beauty of essential oils aromatherapy.
